| I am thinking that it would be good if within the guild we have certain ranks that specilise in certain areas pvp raids dungens etc so for example Fel Raid Leader ( or sumthin like that) plz get back to me on this with any suggestions. |

Initially I did vote no but I have changed my mind (I cant change my vote though :)
The only thing that would worry me about special ranks would be that some people often new members can get a bit upset simply by titles I've seen it before when one guild had the rank of 'trainee', I think it would work as long as the lower rank titles were suitibly impressive.
Personally though I dont mind being a grunt. |

i think yes
WHY?
because some people just have good online leadership skills
and some people are friendly approachable people who make good recruiters
some people are good pve and some dominate pvp
we have a range :) thats why different ranks mean were good at different things |

| ty for your view i would not be make the lower ranks anythin like noob or trainee or anthin like that ust making a few more higer ranks for specialising in certain areas of wow |

There are many arguments for n against:
For: it means people have a reason to try hard with the guild
it may mean u keep guild members more interested
Against: People may not like competition
People may not want to feel under apreciated |

lvl 1-29 = fel soilder
lvl 30-59 = fel captin
lvl 60 = fel guardian
Chosen Ones plz make sure these ranks are kept ty
Special promotins lvl 1-60 must have done sumthin to gain that promotion e.g. help people alot etc they will be promoted to the next rank.
Plz nominate people u think are worth a special promotion

i agree with ranks you can seperate people and give people special ranks when you think are suited and needed if you think they are fit for whatever it is ^.^
and i agree with moohnal some people do get upset but if they do you know they just nubs aslong as they are not insulting i think it should be ok |

| Yes tt sounds beta, like people who deserve it! im liking it, like i knwo sum people might not like it, but cos there 3, n people get nominated it sounds better, u shud get em on n running! but keep em maintained, n like mek sure ure chosen ones, don't pick people they no, or get bribed (not seying they will) |
